Walking along any Florida beach you will find a variety of shells and sea creatures that wash up on the shore after a storm.  Most of us just pick them up and with a little cleaning we display them in our homes or give the as gifts to our northern relatives.  

 I found a more creative fellow who wondered what would happen if he tried casting them in pewter with a few other metals in the mix. 

The stunning result is what you see below.  His casts collect the very fine features of each sea creature and freeze them in time.  All of the casts have a very definite silver look to them and unlike the sea shells you find on the beach these won’t break.
